Description

The system distributed by Smile Concept is a system of transparent dental aligners built for each client starting from the plaster models of the arches of the patient obtained through a digital set-up performed by specialists in orthodontics with many years of professional experience.

The system is indicated in adult patients for the correction of dental defects that cause unsightly smile. Its pleasant mint flavor leaves your mouth feeling fresh and clean.

It is not indicated for the correction of serious malocclusions.

The documents of the patient to be sent to Smile Concept for the realization of the aligners are:

1. Toothmarks data with silicone materials or plaster models of the upper and lower arches with wax occlusion.
   To achieve optimum results with the treatment, we require the greatest possible accuracy in the recording of the toothmarks of the patient.
   If the plaster models are cast in the studio and then sent to Smile Concept, the toothmarks can be detected with alginate.
   The same accuracy is required in the casting of the models so that they can be the most faithful as possible to the dental arches of the patient.
   The squaring of the models is appreciated but not required.
   If you do not want to pour models but directly send the toothmarks to Smile Concept, they must be detected with silicone materials.
2. The wax occlusion is essential.
3. Orthopanoramic of the dental arches of the patient not older than 6 months.
   If in possession of other recent radiographs of the patient, it is pleasing as well as sending any photos of the teeth and the patient's face.
4. Form with the patientʼs data, medical history outline of both general and dental nature, patient's goals and requirements of the Medical Practitioner Dentist.

We remind you that this is not a substitute for traditional fixed braces for the treatment of serious malocclusions, but it is only a corrector of defects in the alignment of the teeth of patients.

The suitability of the treatment should therefore be assessed for each individual case.

Since the arrival of the material, Smile Concept reserves 3 days to respond via e-mail to your Dentist on the feasibility of the treatment, the number of aligners needed and on the budget in relation to the number of aligners.

In more complex cases it may be necessary to carry out the stripping according to the instructions specified in the syllabus and video attached, and possibly a re-evaluation of the case by sending new impressions of the arches of the patient during the treatment cycle. Your dentist will be informed in advance of this possibility.

The system distributed by Smile Concept involves the use of auxiliaries such as composite Attachments on the teeth, all teeth movements are performed through the simple application in sequence of the aligners.

Smile Concept delivers a secure system with precise indications and contraindications, being able to offer an optimal result with great satisfaction by the patients.

From the agreement on the treatment, it takes three weeks to receive the full set of aligners along with a syllabus with the instructions for use and maintenance of the same.
